By accessing or using the Borosome application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Borosome is a peer-to-peer rental marketplace that connects people who want to rent items with those who have items available for rent. We facilitate the connection but are not a party to any rental agreement between users.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of Borosome, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Post false or misleading information
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5. Listings and Rentals

Owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Renters are responsible for returning items in the condition received. Both parties agree to communicate honestly and resolve disputes in good faith.

6. Payments and Fees

Borosome facilitates payments through secure third-party processors. Service fees may apply to transactions. All fees are disclosed before completing a booking.

7. Limitation of Liability

Borosome is not responsible for the condition of rented items, disputes between users, or any damages arising from the use of our service beyond what is required by law.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
